Murphy's Turf treats odor-prone artificial grass after removing pet waste, hair, leaves, and other debris. Before work begins, we review the turf's condition, identify heavily used areas, and discuss the proposed product and its compatibility with your turf. A cleaning visit should address the problem you are noticing, whether that is recurring pet odor, residue around a dog run, or a yard that needs a more thorough maintenance visit.

Preparation matters. Let us know how many pets use the yard, where odors return, whether water pools after rinsing, and when the turf was last cleaned. If you know the manufacturer, infill type, or installation date, share those details as well. Loose seams, worn backing, or drainage problems may need an installer or a separate repair; cleaning does not correct every underlying turf issue.

Application follows the selected product's instructions for its intended surface and use. Ask your technician for the product name, label, dilution, contact time, and any rinsing requirements. Cleaning removes material, deodorizing addresses odor, and disinfection claims depend on the product label and application conditions. A freshly scented yard or a before-and-after photo alone does not establish that a surface has been disinfected.

Keep pets and children away from the work area during treatment. Your technician will explain when it can be used again and any steps that must be completed first. Follow those instructions rather than relying on a universal drying-time estimate. For homes in hot inland and desert areas, discuss shade, hot surfaces, water access, and scheduling when arranging your quote. Ongoing maintenance depends on pet use, debris, and turf condition rather than the city name alone.
